Timber Sourcing Requirements

As a responsible wood products manufacturer, we have strict requirements for our timber suppliers:

• **Legal Compliance:** All timber must be harvested in full compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including the Lacey Act.
• **Sustainable Practices:** Suppliers must demonstrate a commitment to sustainable forestry practices, including prompt reforestation and protection of water resources.
• **Certification:** Preference is given to suppliers who hold recognized third-party forest management or chain-of-custody certifications (e.g., SFI, FSC).
• **Quality:** Logs must meet our specific species, diameter, and grade requirements to ensure optimal mill efficiency and product quality.

Non-Timber Supplier Information

We also rely on a network of non-timber suppliers for essential operational needs, including:

• Industrial machinery parts and maintenance services.
• Logistics and transportation services (trucking and rail).
